Quite honestly, I would not want a client who knowingly is aware he has cheated me out of what was rightfully mine. I suppose we will just have to disagree on a basic bottom line of ethical behavior. I am certain you and the OP would be among the first to jump on ICH/PC is they didn't credit you the proper number of points for a stay. I cannot see how anyone could assume getting away with no having 120K points actually removed from one's account for a stay they'd taken would have no reprecussions.
