Fare codes for UA tix on AC metal?
I would have thought this is a FAQ but I can't find it anywhere.

How do UA fare codes map onto AC fare classes? In particular, since I have the usual wad of upgrade certs, what UA codes turn into AC Y, M, U, and what UA codes turn into B, H, V, Q, L, A, S?
