They do sell fries, but they are closer to Belgian "frites" -- you get a garlic-y mayo with them. Also a sweet potato version.

The thing you have to remember is that Sang -- the owner -- is a chef and "artist" -- he has made a creation with certain flavor combinations. If you buy a painting do you ask the artist to paint in an Elvis or your favorite cat?

When they first started serving food, you couldn't even specify how you wanted it cooked (medium, well done, etc.) That didn't go over well with all the e coli scares.

The previous owner didn't serve food and you could order from nearby restaurants, which would deliver. On Friday and Saturday nights Louisa's often had a waitress whose "station" was Father's Office.
