I've tried in the past to fly MHT-DEN via YYZ on AC -- not allowed
I tried to fly YUL-YVR via MSP on NW -- not allowed
I *have* flown SFO-YYZ-BOS on AC as two seperate tickets, though the immigration agents were a bit surprised. AC wouldn't let me book this as a single ticket.
