You can take your old ticket and exchange it into a new ticket. If the new ticket is more then you pay the difference, if it is less, because the ticket is a full fare, the difference is then refunded back to the original form of payment, sorry no voucher if its a full fare. If it was a nonrefundable ticket then the diff could go back to a voucher. But remember, once you exchange it, the new one year life of a ticket rules comes into effect, and then the ticket is only valid for one year. Also there will be a fee for the old ticket, sorry I can't remember it off hand, I think it is 75.00. It would be whatever the change fees were back in 1998.
