I've had far more good experiences than bad. Generally CW is pretty good, seat are mostly comfortable (can get a good sleep on NGCW seats), food is OK, ambiance is OK, on ground facilities are mostly good at larger airports (especially at JFK on sleeper service), cabin crew in the main OK.

Trying to remain positive but to be balanced I'd really like to see the following resolved: A table on NGCW that was more substantial and didn't flap about and require a book on top of armrest to steady it (NCW table far better), a more frequent menu change and for the seats to be better screwed down so that when the guy nextdoor moves you dont as well.
