Well I can't help you much on the one way charge but I can tell you that the National in OKC sux big time. We're emerald exec and ALWAYS go National but they are so bad here we're renting from Budget of all places. You might check the rates from Dallas just for grins... it's only a 2.5 hour drive to OKC from there and they have a much better National. Your flight would likely be cheaper too.
