How does it work if I have AA miles, and I would like to book a flight on Alaska Airlines?
Do the mileage amount go by Americans, or by Alaska?
Is there any fees for booking a ticket 3 days in advance?
Any change fees?

Anything Else I need to know? I never did this before.
