Just got a phone call from BA - they have not referred our bookings on GB airways to EasyJet as part of a "commercial decision" after the sale finalisation - now I have no return flight back to LGW on 30th !!!!
Is anyone else in this predicament. At no time in this whole sorry process did BA say those with connecting flights would be treated in any other way than having thier flights operated by Easyjet rather than GB.
I am going to loose a fortune on this issue. This cannot be right. Any help and guidance would be welcome...
It is outside the 14 day EU cancellation compensation window so it seems they can do what they want (as could any other airline). It is rather shabby customer service, but surely that is what we have all come to expect these days?
