No award involved here, a fully paid Z fare for about 4000Euro including takes all the way from Australia and back, and a AUS-$ 800-something buyup to first..

Not gonna happen. So the F section of the lounge is open to those who DEPART in F, and the DEPARTING airlines at TBIT pay the respective share for each pax using the C or F section.
They shouldn't publish the rules that if they're not able to follow it.
Then again as HON (or even as a SEN) I'd expect they get me in the F section unconditionally anyway.
