Yep. Did you really think that SQ was willing to pay a F lounge usage share for cheapo pax (upgraded or on awards) who arrived in scum carriers like UA F or LH F, but depart (due to a lack ot awards or upgrades) in SQ C - or maybe even SQ Y?

Not gonna happen. So the F section of the lounge is open to those who DEPART in F, and the DEPARTING airlines at TBIT pay the respective share for each pax using the C or F section.
