I will be flying in J-class to IAD and was wondering what to expect. I know that the new 77Ws have true flatbeds, rather than inclined beds.

Can one expect to recieve a sleeping suit or pyjamas given the length of the flight? Or should I pack my own?

Do they put down mattress pads and duvets? (Like VS? I flew on a 5 hr flight between DEL-SIN on 9W and the provided these!)

What should one expect in terms of inflight entertainment?

How easy is access to the Premium terminal during transits?
