The frustrating part is that DL has not officially cancelled the route - they have only stopped selling seats on it. That means that confirmed passengers are now sitting on confirmed seats for a flight that MAY or MAY NOT fly. No one knows when DL will make that decision so you have to basically sit tight and hope that DL makes an agreement with KLM to accomodate the cancelled DL passengers.
