So let me try and answer...

MUC - ICN is on an A343, no personal IFE in coach.

FRA-ICN is on an A346 which might have IFE.

All A333 have it, the A346s are in the process of getting personal inflight entertainment. The current plans are to complete it until end of April 08.
I have no idea on which routes the already refitted A346s fly, I think some were saying Houston and Vancouver for example.

No current plans for the existing A343 and B747 fleet. Maybe they will get it in winter schedule 08/09.

It's a nice feature though.
