I got the same email as Punki - in fact the same email word for word!

It seems to expand the concept of non-upgradeable to include fares- internet or not- which we have thought were upgradeable - for example H fares which UA now state

"Just because a fare begins with the letter H (for example) does not necessarily mean it's upgradeable."
