As an update, of the 13 Alamo rentals in the previous two weeks using the Kiosk where my RR info is auto transferred:
1 was correctly credited the triple RR points
8 were incorrectly credited the single .05
4 are missing completely.
My Alamo mission continues. The SWA customer service agent suggested I stop renting from Alamo. Good advice. I did discover that SWA has an Alamo liaison for such problems and he received my fax yesterday. Stay tuned.
I mostly have had credits to RR within 24 hours of rental, however i have had my problems also. Called and sent letters to Alamo and WN back in Dec with no reply for PDX rentals. My issues are service by Alamo, it generally Sucks. Moving Biz to hertz, no longer use Budget at all.
