I don't understand why it's only 10,000 points to upgrade from Economy to Economy Extra and 20,000 points to upgrade from Economy Extra to Business. I find it strange because the Economy Extra prices are much nearer Business prices than Economy prices and yet it's the other way round when we upgrade.
