Early this March I will be flying alone (Im 14 years old) from BNE-SIN-HKT-SYD on Singapore Airlines/Silk Air.

I have picked up the Unacompained Minor Assitance Waiver Form, but am a little confused on what it is asking me to do.

The form asks for the address, passport number and phone number of the Parent/Guadian, but also a Witness??

Baffled by this, I contacted Singapore Airlines. The lady, told me I needed to put in the Details of the person dropping me off at the airport, and picking me up in Phuket. I am pretty sure this isnt the case, more like a standard UM form.

Even if it were to work like this, how can I work my way around it? I am currently living in Brisbane. My father is leaving for phuket late February, as I am just visiting him for a short period at Easter. Although my Mother will drop me off at BNE, and my father pick me up at HKT- On my return to Brisbane, I will be flying on SQ221 to SYD, connecting to a Qantas Flight. This way, I will have nobody to collect me at SYD.

I am a regular lone flyer, and have no issues with taking the flight myself, so I see no reason why Singapore would need those details.

Could somebody please clear up the details of this form. Im hoping to go down town tomorrow to hand it to Singapore Airlines Staff.
