I think the way Epson treats its "customers" on the closing is stupid ,

like others have said , how hard would it have been to write some code to make it easy to download yuor pictures,
you were limited to 100 megs anyway so it would not have been that large of a download,

Now you will have people on their server for days saving photos one at a time,

and will these people ever buy an Epson product again ? I doubt it ....
