If, as a passenger, you feel that this is an issue of importance and you feel strongly enough that it should be changed, by all means, take all appropriate steps with the concerned governing bodies to bring about a change to these rules. That would certainly make everyone’s life a lot easier. But taking it up with the FA on board is the wrong arena for this questioning, as no resolution or satisfying exchange can ever come out of it right then and there.
