You think that's bad? Last week after irrops pushed me onto the 9:50pm IAD-RDU instead of the 5:10pm, they pulled an SWU for that 45 minute flight instead of just keeping me in F for the already-pulled CR1 covering DEN-IAD-RDU.

I darn near had apoplexy when I checked my upgrade summary the next day.

I called, and they did say they'd fix it. Finally got the SWU back last Friday.

Gotta be careful with those upgrades on short segments. Almost was the most expensive can of Heineken I ever drank.
