Maybe, but disproportionately leisure traffic, so no big push for lounges.
To be honest, as far as generic airport lounges are concerned, it is not the worst. Try getting ANY champagne in most of them.
For a much direr experience, look no further than MRS just down the road (and the second largest city in France) and you will come back running to NCE with great glee.
