Tip #7: Need to fax something into MP to get credit for it? This fax number does the trick every time: 605-343-0215 (Verified as of 12/1/2007 by me )
You will need to fax the following:
1) Your name and mileage plus number
2) Flight itinerary (and/or receipt) showing your ticket number
3) Copies of your boarding passes for the flights which you are requesting credit.
I have had a 100% success rate with the fax line vs. mailing (and you can save a stamp!)
