Considering that Nice is the second town of France for air traffic volume, I consider its lounges one of the worst experience a passenger can have.

As correctly posted, lounges are managed by third party. The one in non Schengen Area of Terminal 1 (where BA leaves) is at the first floor, served by a ridicolous lift. Normally clients are BA clients and some LX client travelling to Zurich.

Girl at the entrance just says hello and let you in after having checked your ticket and writing your name on a paper as in 95% of the cases is not in the list of business or top tier passengers.

Space is small and often overcrowded (even because flights to London are often delayed, so expecially in the morning you have passengers to LGW added to ones to LHR + other airlines).

Internet access is on request. They never have the password so they have to ask and after 15 min they tell you "aujourd'hui n'est pas disponible" = today it doesn't work.

Choice of newspapers or other reading material is inexistent. Furthermore everywhere (even on the newspapers!) is written you can not take them out of the lounge! (short of money???)

Food is few icd rest of sandwhich. simply horrible. In the middle, the big joke for northern Europe average tourists : a big pottery filled with the most horrible olives I never tasted.

Drinks are simply at the basic level. If you want ONE glass of champagne you have to ask to the girl. (short of money????)

I can go on for twenty pages but you all would be bored.

Sorry, I leave from this f..ing airport at least 30 times a year, they say they want to improve it, but it is still only an incoming airport. Once tourists have spent their money on the beautiful Cote d'Azur, no one cares about the service given to them when leaving the area.
The only few persons there for business......well........we suffer!!!!!!
