If you're in CE you will be entitled to use the Lounge at NCE. It's an OK lounge - some like it, others don't think much of it at all.
It's fairly small and doesn't have much to offer, certainly nothing like a Terraces Lounge.
Last time I was there I found the dragons to be OK, bit disinterested in life but OK.
