I don't know how true your first and third sentence above are, but I take no issue with your second sentence except that this kind of situation is a very low risk -- it is so low that the government would be better off worrying about higher risk threats that endanger far more lives -- and that the DHS-TSA can't even focus on the basics properly with regards to passengers even before it starts worrying about the wombs of pregnant women or those who just look so.
