The roach from YVR is giving you excellent advice. While you could just use an authorized EZE taxi, the latest reports Ive read say that many of these cars are old and may not have A/C - so I think that using the private car (Remise) transfer from Manuel Tienda Leon is an excellent option. Prices are posted all over the place so you will have no issues with being overcharged.
