I don't have any complaints with CW, and have had some great CW flights, including one to BOS in NNCW, where the AVOD functioned flawlessly and had a nice selection, the staff were great, the food was perfectly edible, the booze flowed freely, the space in 62k was just dandy and the privacy of the new design was very much appreciated by someone traveling alone.
There are things that could be better, sure, but only in the abstract. From what I can gather, everyone complains about the new CX seat. VS's food stinks. LH doesn't have a truly flat bed. Heck, I have even seen people complain that the SQ bed is too wide. Folks on FT (myself included) just like to complain it seems.
No J product is going to be without compromises. I have flown CO, NW, EK, LX, and KL in J in the past year or so and none of them were clearly better than BA. And KL and LX were noticeably worse, primarily due to poor seats, but there I go complaining again. My point, though, is that no J is perfect, and I just don't understand why we should expect it to be. Indeed, I think complaints about BA F are more warranted, because in the stratosphere of Int'l F, the compromises should become a heck of a lot smaller.
