Basically this hotel has not a lot of upgrade possibilities. They only have standard rooms, studio suites and 4 panorama suites ( which are the best ) and 2 duplexx suites which I dislike.
I suspect they play around with the views and fireplace to upgtade Amb's.
As a RA I received a studio suite with a excellent view a few days ago. The hotel was completely full because they told me they would have given Panorama suite to me if avaiable.
