Just like all of us, you have an ABSOLUTE right to cease doing biz with UA on the basis of this, or any other perceived insult/injury.

I find the liklihood of UA losing business to this cross-sell speech d*mn near negligible, and if you do decide to split for greener pastures, I hope you'll let us know how you find the 31" seat pitch and (likely) mid-tier status treats you.

Seriously, this issue isn't worth the time to comment on, IMO.
