Well, having been to Chilis in Canary Wharf, I can tell you if OTD is anything like them its low quality

. Most all you can eat places offer a la carte items (Pizza Hut, Sizzler etc) but when you start offering those all you can eat set ups its almost impossible to serve good food. And more fat in the food means you can leave it sitting on the "buffet" for longer periods without it drying out etc
Of course if you want proper Tex-Mex you should head
