As it turns out, our local On the Border just closed for good! Apparently I waited a little too long to get my $9 AYCE enchiladas.

Of course, there is ample high-quality Mexican food here, and this OTB was located in a neighborhood that is rapidly losing out to newer shopping areas farther out, as this blog points out:
