I was there for six days just after Christmas 2007 and had a very pleasant stay. Lounge was especially good if you have access, there is quite a reasonable shop and a coffee place on the ground floor too.

The hotel can arrange a pick up/drop off to the airport for you, I seem to recall this being $35 (and can be charged to your room for the extra points) and was something of a godsend when I arrived to an absolute melee at the airport! Though there were always taxis available from outside the hotel too.

In addition to the local restaurants if you need some non local food there is a McDonalds, Subway and Pizza Hut all within easy walking distance and quite a big supermarket also on the shopping street that's maybe 400 yards away on the next block.

I'd certainly recommend it...
