Oh and let me give a special shout out to the couple that booked 16D and 16F (thinking they would have all 3 seats) and made me sit in the center between them across to DUB. The center was still ok for me, but I thought the guy might have taken the middle to be closer to his bride.....oh twell.
My wife and I went to Africa last year and had the TA book our air travel to which they ended up putting us in seats 1 & 3 for all 4 legs of our trip. So it goes. It's not something I would have done, but such is life. As luck would have had it 3 of the 4 legs has someone between us, but at least we figured something out to sit together with the middle passenger.
