Bad Experience with TravelPro Crew 6 Luggage

I recently received two TravelPro Crew 6 25 inch suiters. We were excited about getting new luggage and chose TravelPro based on many of the quality reviews. When I received the product I was shocked to find both pieces were damaged and dirty - notably, there were broken teeth on the zippers, scratches to the nylon surface, scrateches to the plastic surface and dirty wheels (not just dusty, but looked like someone rolled them around on the street). I immediately contact TravelPro who were very helpful and polite. They guaranteed me that this was not normal and offered to exchange the bags. I thought that sounded reasonable and returned the two pieces to TravelPro and they sent out two new pieces from its warehouse.

Well, the two new replacement pieces just arrived and have all the same problems as the first two - scratches to the nylon and plastic, one is lopsided (doesn't stand up straight) and dirty wheels.

The funny thing is that TravelPro thought maybe the first two were "refurbished" pieces and just sent by accident. They even told us that they would personally check to make sure we were getting first quality. I think the problem is that they are getting these like this and there is no inspection when they come in state-side from China.

I think I am done with this product as 4 out 4 having problems is just not a good sign. Plus, why pay the extra money for quality when in fact there is definitely some quality control issues.

Has anyone else recently had problems with TravelPro or the Crew 6 product?
