I rented 7 times from Alamo in 4Q07, with the 2x promo. 5 posted without issues, within 1 day after I had returned the car. The other 2, somehow the RR number never made it onto the rental agreement. In both those cases, I emailed Alamo via their website requesting the credit and reminding them of the 2x promo, and in both those cases the full credit was in my WN account within 3 days. While having to email them was a bit of a hassle, it saved me the $2 frequent flier fee, and I was impressed with how quickly it was resolved.
