Off topic a bit, but I read some years ago that there are more Indian restaurants in London than in Delhi. Having wandered both cities, I think it might be true. All to say that it pays to recognize what the caterers might come up with at particular stations. And keep in mind what hemisphere and season you are in when ordering the fruit plate.
