I just got off the phone to ticket an XF international reservation, and while she was waiting for my credit card to process, the agent went into a spiel about depositing 21k miles into my account, blah blah blah. I found it to be immensely tacky, to the level of US even. I haven't seen this reported here before. Is this new? If not, mods please close this thread and ban me immediately.
