Are you sure about that, essxjay? Do you speak from experience, or from written rules only? The person guarding the door last time I was there didn't accept my RCC card, and wanted to see one of the other two forms of admission (which I luckily had). Maybe she just didn't know the rules. FT folks tend to be correct about these things.
