Your brother-in-law has several options here regarding lounge access. He can use the Silver-Kris Raffles Lounge even when flying UA metal if
[*]he is flying on C or F ticket; or
[*]he has an RCC membership; or
[*]is a PremEx or 1K.
If you've got a paper time schedule or can get one, the chart on page 30 should answer your questions.
Essxjay,
Thank you for your reply. I just got off the phone with the RCC office in Tucson. The lady I spoke with tells me that just having a RCC membership would not get my brother-in-law in to any club there. The only exceptions would be numbers 1 and 3 on your list above. Can anyone verify that the RCC card alone is not sufficient to gain access.
Also, Priority Pass' website says they do have access to a lounge at SIN. Can anyone tell me which airline lounge it is, and how nice it is? Their unlimited access pass is only $295 per year vs. the RCC at $400 per year. I guess I'm not seeing the logic in telling my Brother-in-law to get the RCC card. The RCC rep also told me that as long as my brother-in-law is flying to an international destination, his Priority Pass card would be accepted at the RCC at LAX. (He will be flying TUS-LAX-SIN)
Am I missing anything?
