There is a difference between a [corded] computer mouse and a cordless computer mouse (which incorporates an RF transmitter).

Prohibited Devices:
Any transmitting device which intentionally radiates radio frequency signals, such as citizen band (CB) radios and transmitters that remotely control devices such as toys.
A cordless mouse does fit into the above category and is, therefore, a prohibited device.
