This is GREAT news.
The cigarette odor in the hallways & often the rooms, IMHO, contributes to the "cheap" abmience at at many 4pts. props.

Recently, there were three suites avail. at a 4p I was staying at...was not originally upgraded becasue they were all smoking rooms, and was given a regular room at thet time. I asked if they had some way of cleaning the room or removing the odor---they said they did, the "odor removing machine" that has to run in the room for 30 min to an hour before a guest arrives. I asked if they would do that for me while I grabbed dinner at the hotel restaurant.
