For this customer I'll use whatever is cheaper. It looks like at least in DFW priceline is way cheaper.

Avis (other then the bi-pass of rental counter) kind of sucks. Renting several times/month at the same location they were still giving me a 2 door cobalt a ton! I was a President Circle member of Hertz and at least with them I got points to get free rentals later and they were really good with the double upgrade.
