I would call to cancel the card. When asked for the reason I would say, "It's poor value. I spent $90,000 and received only 90,000 AAdvantage miles. If I had used used Starwood Preferred Guest American Express credit card I would have earned 112,000 AAdvantage miles, and the annual fee is only $45. Why would I pay $85 to earn fewer miles?"
