OTOH, I had to fly SFO-BOS on the redeye in coach a couple weeks ago. I was given a yummy glass of water, and four hours later, a yummy glass of orange juice. I wasn't expecting much on a redeye in terms of service, but not even providing two full beverage services (the second was just water, coffee, or orange juice) on a 5.5 hour transcon is an outrage.
