In Y VS in much more strict about carry-on allowances and you get zero recognition/benefit for your CO status (though some folks have begged their way into the PE line with a CO elite card). They do offer 1" extra pitch in Y over CO.

I don't think that it is a slam dunk decision, but it definitely leans towards VS unless you're a carry-on junkie.
