I have been renting quite a few cars at the LAS location to take advantage of the triple promo for any car for two days. I would estimate that half of my rentals require a follow up call to Alamo, and sometimes a second call is required to finally get the missing credits. Currently I rented four cars in two days and I am missing three rentals.

A helpful suggestion. If you call SWA RR Customer Service, they can give you a reference number for a credit issued. That reference number is the last two digits of the the Alamo Rental Agreement number. SWA is unaware that their reference number refers to the rental agreement number. Good Luck.
