I.e. The aircraft that flies into Bahrain from Dubai doesn't return to Dubai but goes onto Hong Kong, and the 'return' 9 hours later is an aircraft that has flown into Bahrain from Hong Kong and is heading onto Dubai.
Doesn't look like it. The other days of the week the flight is operated by 777.
I suspect that the late departure is to improve connectivity. Otherwise it would land back in HKG at 1am.
