I'm 28, 5'9'', AA PLT, and twice I've been asked if I'm over 15 when seated in the exit row. Having said that, my normal disposition would be to agree with Blumie. However, in all of my flights, I can think of only one or two flights when I thought somebody sitting in the exit rows with me was younger than me. As a result, I'm not sure how much the 14-year-old would stick out to the FA.
