Thanks for asking - it definitely shows how much you care (Similar to what I have experienced across the Starwood brand.)

I travel almost exclusively to the same hotel (95+ nights last year), so my experience is a bit different as I've gotten to know a lot of the employees. There are a couple things I've noticed that if you have any "regulars" are really appreciated.

The FOM at my hotel routinely checks for new reservations from the regulars and proceeds to upgrade us (she knows what room I like and I have never not been assigned to it). Just having a room that is familiar is a huge perk for me.

Another thing I noticed is last week, when all of the snow hit the NE, the parking lot was a bit of a disaster...Plows had pushed snow behind the cars, and it was difficult to get out. Also, windshields and windows were covered in snow. As soon as I got out to my car, there was a team of individuals from the hotel (incl. the GM) who helped shovel the snow away from my car and clear the snow from the car. This was completely unexpected but truly showed that they had thought about how they could help improve my stay.

Sometimes its the little things that go the farthest.
